Backyard

The sliding glass door opens to a covered back porch area big enough for a nice-sized seating area. In the spring and summer there is a small landscaping area. Two years ago, we constructed a play set that will, due to it's size and weight, stay.

Entry Way

The entry way has been painted a modern green with white trim. The front door and door which leads into the garage are a deep, rich brown. The tile in the entry way has also been replaced.

Master Bathroom

The master bathroom has been completely remodeled with new tile, sink, and toilet. The tub has also been painted. The walls are painted a slightly more muted blue than the master bedroom (a color called 'waterfall') with white trim and white wainscoting.

Living Room

The living room has vaulted ceilings with a brick fire place. The walls are painted the same 'bamboo' color as the kitchen with white trim. There is a large window looking into the backyard. There is a one ceiling fan with remote control.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new tile, sink, backsplash, and paint called 'bamboo' with white trim. The cabinets, as well, have been painted a 'butter cream' and slightly distressed with dark hardware. The light fixture has been replaced with a new modern fixture. There is a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is used as our nursery. The walls are 'camel' with white trim. There is one medium sized closet and one window looking into the front yard.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is occupied by our little girls. The walls are painted 'river reed' with white trim. Inside, they share a handcrafted bunkbed in the shape of a little girls' playhouse. If a buyer were interested in the bunkbed, we may be persuaded to leave it in the room as it will be difficult to move. The room has a medium sized closet and one window looking into the front yard.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is a large room with a medium-sized closet big enough for two. The walls have been painted a beautiful blue, and as with the rest of the house, white trim. There is one window in the master bedroom looking out into the backyard. The master bath attaches to the room.

Guest Bathroom

We use the guest bathroom as our little girls' bathroom. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a new sink and toilet. The tub which was harvest gold when we bought the home has been painted white. The walls are painted in 'river reed', and new tile has been put down to match the rest of the tile in the house.
